[ 01 ] Remove the Buy Template button
Open the layout template called Main (Assets panel, Layout Templates). Select the layer named Buy Template (remove after purchase) and delete it. To keep it for later, turn its visibility off instead. It then disappears from every page.

Edit the festival in the CMS
Speakers, Sessions, Stages, Journal and FAQs live in the CMS. The line-up wall, the day bands, the stage cards, the journal and every FAQ list update on their own. A speaker’s Wall colour sets the colour of their name on the wall. A session’s Day must be Thursday, Friday or Saturday to appear in that day’s band; rename the days in the CMS and in each band’s filter.

Swap the hero film and stickers
On Home, select the Film (video + poster) layer and drop in your own MP4 and poster image. Keep the poster: it shows first and on slow connections. The date stickers are plain text blocks, so click and type. The round badge is a code component: change its text and colours in the right panel.

Colours and fonts
Every colour is a colour style (Ink, Cream, Flare, Volt, Sky, Tang, Lilac). Change one and the whole site follows. Fonts are set in the text styles: Kanit for headings and text, Sometype Mono for labels and Sixtyfour for the dot-matrix weekdays.

Tickets, links and forms
Each ticket is an instance of the Ticket component: set its tier, price, note, button text and link in the right panel, and set Page colour to match the section behind it. Point the links at your ticket shop. Forms send to Framer’s form inbox by default; connect them to your email or tool in the form settings.
[ 06 ] Motion
Motion
Motion comes from small code overrides (Motion.tsx), such as Reveal, Slap, Wall and Activities. To turn an effect off, select the layer and clear its code override. Content always stays visible, and visitors who prefer reduced motion see no animation.
[ 07 ] Images
Images and art
Photos are fictional and made for this template. Replace them with your own. The sticker pile in the footer and the venue plan are images: swap them in the Footer component and on the Venue section.
